What to Expect During a Treatment Consultation:
During an initial consultation an object's condition and a basic treatment plan are discussed. Based on this conversation you may choose to leave the work of art at the studio for a more thorough examination, which is necessary in order to accurately assess the condition, recommend a treatment, and estimate its cost. You will then receive a report of the condition assessment, treatment proposal, and a cost estimate. Treatment can begin upon receipt of your written approval of the proposal.
